Confirmations:
All reservation requests are normally confirmed by return and in case immediate confirmation is not possible principals will be informed of the booking status.

All rates are quoted net in US Dollars at current rates of exchange.

Cancellations:
For cancellation of confirmed arrangements, a cancellation fee according to the case incurred will be charged.
Refund:
After commencement of travel, no refund either full or in part will be given for unutilized services included in the program.

Additional expenses incurred due to delay, accidents, severe weather, civil disturbance, vehicles or industrial disputes and other natural calamities beyond their control must be borne by the tourists. However, Nature Scope Travel and Tours Co., Ltd. will always make full endeavor to keep up the original tour programs and arrangements.
