Day 1 YANGON- KYAIKHTIYO
Arrived at morning and travel to Bago (approx. 1½ hours). In Bago, visit the Kyaik Pun Pagoda, with its four giant Buddha statues and the interesting market with various types of vegetables, flowers and merchandise. Then travel onwards to Kyaikhtiyo (approx. 3½ hours). In Kyaikhtiyo, switch from car to a special open-top truck for your trip up to the mountain station (around 1 hour). From there, it is just a short walk (approx. 10 minutes) to the Golden Rock. At the shrine, there is a small stupa tower on top of a massive granite boulder known as the Golden Rock. Covered in golden leaves, it is precariously balanced on the edge of a cliff, and is reputedly “held in place by a single strand of Buddha’s hair”. In the late afternoon, enjoy the activities around the shrine, before returning to the hotel for the night.

Day 2 KYAIKHTIYO – BAGO – YANGON
After breakfast, our bus proceeds to Bago. In Bago, visit the Shwemawdaw Pagoda, which the height of 114 meters is Myanmar’s tallest pagoda, and then go to the Shwetharhlaung Pagoda, with its huge reclining which is more than 1,000 years old, the Mon village Buddha, with its many cotton weaving mills and the Hintha Gon Pagoda, where the city of Bago was founded. After that our bus goes through to the Kanbawza Thardi Palace. In the late afternoon, return to Yangon, transfer to hotel, check in and overnight stay.

Day 3 YANGON SIGHTSEEING – DEPARTURE
After Breakfast, checkout Hotel and start your sightseeing to Shwedagon Pagoda: the ‘heart’ of Buddhist Myanmar. The Pagoda is believed to be 2,500 years old and there are always full with many people praying and making offerings at Shwedagon and especially on Full Mon days and religious days. Visit to Bogyoke (Scott) Market (closed on every Mondays & Public Holidays) and it has the largest selection of Burmese handicrafts. After that your bus drives through the Colonial Style Buildings downtown. Then continue to Botathaung Pagoda close to the Yangon Waterfronts. In the afternoon, we have a lunch at local restaurant and after that transfer to Yangon International Airport.
